Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

"User" means an individual who uses our services;
"Services" includes but is not limited to any content or information provided by us; and
"We" includes 1xCasino and its officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns.

By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

Modification to Terms

We reserve the right at any time to modify or update these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to introducing new terms or changing existing ones without prior notice.

Use of Services

Your use of the Services is permitted on a temporary basis only unless terminated by us earlier in accordance with clause 7 below. You must comply with all applicable laws in relation to your use of the Services and agree that you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any account information.

Confidentiality and Security

You warrant that you have taken appropriate measures to maintain the security, integrity and accuracy of the data supplied by us or otherwise entered into the system. We do not warrant or guarantee the authenticity, completeness, validity, correctness or quality of such data supplied by you.

Cancellation and Termination

Your access to our Services may be suspended or terminated at any time without notice or reason given if:

You fail to comply with these Terms;
Your use of our services results in a potential breach of law;
We cease to operate the services for business reasons. In such case, you must immediately return and/or remove all materials supplied by us.

Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, we disclaim:

All express or implied warranties with regard to our Services;
Any representations made concerning availability of our Services.

Liability Limitation

Our liability for any claim under these Terms and Conditions is limited, at its option, to a refund equivalent to one month's access fee paid by you. In no event shall we be liable for consequential or indirect losses (including but not restricted to loss of business or data).

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us from all claims which arise out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Severability

If any provision in these Terms is determined by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason such determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of these Terms must first be referred to a mutually acceptable mediator or arbitrator whose decision is binding on both parties. In any proceedings, it shall be the obligation of the party bringing such proceedings to bear its own costs and disbursements unless otherwise ordered by the court.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute your entire understanding with regard to the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between you and us in connection therewith.

Amendments

We may modify any or all of these Terms from time to time without prior notice.
